Double Branch is a 42 acre Mixed Use Project located at the south west corner of Hillsborough Ave & Double Branch Rd. Approximately 20 acres of the site are currently being developed for a national home builder for a 240 unit multi-family residential community. RaceTrac Gas Station will occupy Hillsborough Avenue frontage with additional out parcels available for future retail/commercial uses.
